Spring Homemaking Revival
Fall in love with your home all over again.
Our relationship to our home is intimate, akin to a marriage or family bond. Like all long term committed relationships, it can be hard to keep the spark alive. Sometimes we fall out of love, or question if we were ever in love to begin with. Sometimes it’s a marriage of convenience, or a temporary arrangement. Sometimes we feel like we want to move house because we simply cannot tolerate the mess and clutter anymore.
I am here to remind you of the power of a good, old fashioned, deep cleaning ritual. But this time, we’re going to do it in good company.
During this weeklong gathering, we will spend the first hour deep cleaning our homes alongside each other, and the second hour resting and exploring the question/practice: How do I renew love for my home?
Price: $150

Radical Rest
Actively doing nothing.
In our culture, resting deeply is a radical act. This container is for anyone whose spirit feels limitless but whose body is signaling a hard stop. How can we learn about rest, radicalize our rest, and take our rest in a cultural body that teaches us rest is a reward, and hard work is the only way to improve our circumstances?
In this support group, we will spend one full month deep diving and practicing each form of rest (that’s 7 months of permission to take as much rest as you need):
Physical rest
Sensory rest
Emotional rest
Mental rest
Creative rest
Social rest
Spiritual rest
This exploration is especially impactful for activists and artists, parents and professionals, and all other chronically burnt out humans who know they simply cannot continue to over-function. We will examine our relationship to rest, make rest happen no matter what, and grant each other permission to rest even when it feels like breaking the rules.
Inspired by Hannah Witton’s video ‘You’re Resting Wrong,’ and the beautiful books ‘Rest is Resistance,’ by Tircia Hersey, and ‘How to do Nothing’ by Jenny Odell.
